These are terms and conditions that commonly apply to promotions for MyCase. These terms are in addition to any agreements between you and MyCase, including the MyCase Terms of Service, as applicable (collectively, the “MyCase Terms & Conditions”). The MyCase Terms are incorporated by reference and shall apply to your participation in this MyCase promotion, including, if necessary, resolving any disputes between you and MyCase related to, or arising out of this promotion. This is a limited-time offer. This discount only applies to the first year the new customer subscribes to MyCase. After the first year culminates, the customer is subject to regular pricing as set by MyCase. MyCase reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. This offer applies to MyCase Law Practice Management Software Advanced tier only. This offer is limited to users on the purchasing account. If you violate any of the offer terms, the offer will be invalid. No other discounts apply and may not be combined with any concurrent promotions. Must purchase for the first time between December 1, 2022 and December 30, 2022. Offer only valid for new customers. New customers is defined as having made a purchase of MyCase after 90 days of when the customer canceled their initial MyCase Account (if a previous customer). If the MyCase customer or firm is returning to MyCase after 90 days of their previous cancellation they will be considered a “new customer.” Current MyCase customers, new users added to an existing MyCase account, returning customers less than 90 days from their churn date are excluded from the promotion.
