How does the free trial work?

MyCase offers a 10 day no-cost trial of our legal case management software. There is no credit card required to start. This is a risk-free trial to evaluate the benefits of MyCase case management software.  If you cancel anytime within your free trial period, you will NOT be charged.

How many people can use MyCase?

While there is no limit to how many firm clients can access MyCase legal case management software, the number of firm employees who can use MyCase will depend on the number of active firm users you have added to your account.

How safe and secure is my work?

MyCase uses industry-standard SSL security, similar to eCommerce sites, financial institutions, and other secure web-based (SaaS) software solutions. All of your work, including the interactive wireframe, is password-protected and requires a login to access. Additionally, a national IT service provider, in a certified safe and secure environment, hosts and backs up all of your data.

How much does MyCase cost?

MyCase Basic plan is $39 per user/month (billed annually) or $49 per user/month (billed monthly). MyCase Pro plan is $79 per user/month (billed annually) or $89 per user/month (billed monthly). MyCase Advanced plan is $99 per user/month (billed annually) or $109 per user/month (billed monthly). Your monthly subscription rate depends on the number of active firm users you have added to your account. No long-term contract or setup fee is required.

What is included in the MyCase Advanced Package?

The MyCase Advanced package is the most full-featured package and starts at $99 per user/month (billed annually). The MyCase Advanced package includes all features in the Basic and Pro packages, PLUS MyCase Drive, Advanced Document Automation, and Full Text Search.

MyCase Drive is a document management solution that provides fast and easy desktop access to all your firm’s documents in one centralized cloud-based platform. MyCase Drive will automatically sync document changes between your desktop and MyCase account.

Full Text Search: Search the contents of .pdf and .doc files (not just file names) to quickly run conflict checks or easily find the documents you’re looking for.

Advanced Document Automation: quickly and accurately generate MS-Word based legal documents from fee agreements to discovery requests to trusts and wills.
