MyCase Year in Review 2023: We’re Celebrating You

That’s a wrap! As 2023 winds to a close, it’s the perfect time to look back on our New Year’s resolutions. At MyCase, our goal is always to help legal professionals build profitable law firms and free up time to focus on serving their clients. This “North Star” prompted us to expand MyCase functionality, deliver exceptional customer service, and find new ways to be a valuable partner for you.

Our customers created an average of 15,507 new cases every business day. That’s a lot of clients being helped at your firm and others around the world! Built-in text messaging was a hot commodity this year and it’s easy to see why: People love the convenience of receiving text updates about their cases wherever, whenever, while law firms enjoy keeping their personal phone numbers private. Win-win!

High fives all around: You and your fellow MyCase users created 8,277,510 tasks and 51,004,513 documents while managing cases and serving clients. Plus, you did it more efficiently with MyCase workflow automation and centralized document management. Round of applause!

Invoicing and Payments Never Slowed You Down

Look at you, crushing billing and payments. In fact, our customers collectively created an incredible number of invoices in 2023, which is the key to generating cash flow and building a profitable firm. By automating your invoicing and streamlining payments, you’re also freeing up more time for what matters: practicing law and serving clients. 

More Integrations, Open API, Oh My!

It Was Great Seeing You

Our team went to 75 events this year, from large national conferences like the ABA TECHSHOW to smaller, local gatherings.
