Motion to be Called "Captain Justice"

Last week, USA Today reported that in response to the prosecution’s arguably silly motion to ban a Tennessee criminal defense attorney from referring to the prosecution as the “government,” he filed the following hilarious motion seeking to be called, among other things, “Defender of the Innocent,” “Guardian of the Realm,” and “Captain Justice.” Read it and weep:
