MyCase and its full feature set is priced at $39 per user/month (billed annually) or $49 per user/month (billed monthly).  No long-term contract or setup fee is required. Sales tax may apply. How does bill payment work for MyCase?

We bill our customers either monthly or annually. You provide your preferred billing method (credit card of choice) into the application and MyCase will bill the card on file, every month or year. We bill for the upcoming period in advance – so, if for instance, the payment is processed on August 1st, it covers the subscription period from August 1 to August 31st.

Does MyCase integrate with Quickbooks?

Yes, MyCase provides a simple, one-way sync of your accounting data into QuickBooks Online. The MyCase QuickBooks Integration carries over detailed time and expense information line-by-line to QuickBooks which allows for both greater flexibility in firm reporting and allows visibility into invoice details in QuickBooks. Does MyCase integrate with Dropbox?

Yes, the MyCase integration with Dropbox provides a two-way document sync with MyCase.  Any documents and folders added to a specific case folder in Dropbox are immediately available within the corresponding case in MyCase along with the ability to access files offline or grant access to other members of your firm for collaborative editing. How often does MyCase sync with Outlook?

The MyCase integration with Outlook allows you to connect your contacts and calendars across platforms via a full, 2-way sync. Once the integration is set up, your data syncs automatically in the background every 15 minutes so you can continue working on your cases without interruption. 

Where is my data stored in MyCase?

MyCase is committed to keeping your data safe, both when sending and storing your data. Our bank-grade 128-bit SSL encryption provides a secure connection when sending and receiving data. And all stored data is encrypted with 256-bit AES encryption. In addition, your law firm’s data is backed up nightly to redundant, Amazon S3 servers.

Does MyCase have an API?

Though MyCase does not have an open API, the software integrates seamlessly with a number of attorney-preferred software (above). MyCase is thoughtful in the integrations it builds which enables us to better support our customers should any questions or concerns arise.
