In it, Nicole discusses how she thinks wearable technology will affect the practice of law. She suggests that, like social media and mobile and cloud computing, lawyers need to stay abreast of the latest in wearable technology. She posits that these gadgets will be used to obtain evidence that will affect legal cases and their use will also be the basis of cases, such as when Google Glass is used by people operating automobiles.
