What is your job at MyCase?
I am the Manager of the MyCase Customer Success team.
How long have you been at MyCase?
I have been working with AppFolio since November 2010. In October 2012, I had the opportunity to move down to San Diego and work for MyCase Success.
The legal industry really needed a powerful cloud-based legal practice management system. What the founders of MyCase were able to do is truly inspirational. I am so thankful that I have had the opportunity to work for a company that prides themselves on a great product and outstanding customer success.
What’s most gratifying about your position?
I really enjoy showing law firms how beneficial of a product MyCase is. From the client communication and collaboration piece to the usability and design of the system, our product can truly simplify the lives of law firms. MyCase is rooted in the success of our customers. Our product reflects that.
I also enjoy the troubleshooting / problem solving aspect of my position. I am able to help resolve issues for multiple businesses. Having a direct impact on the success of businesses all over the world is very rewarding.
What do you like about working at MyCase?
I really appreciate the culture here at MyCase. We are definitely an eclectic group of people, but we all share the same values. We enjoy working hard, collaborating with each other, and celebrating our successes.
Also, supporting a product that I truly believe in makes my job an enjoyable one.
Where are you originally from and how long have you been in San Diego?
I am originally from San Diego, but I went to school at UCSB and began my career in Santa Barbara. Moving back to San Diego has been a great experience. I appreciate being close to family and enjoying all that San Diego has to offer.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am an avid surfer and backpacker. I just love being outside. San Diego is the best place for that.
