MyCase is pleased to announce the release of two highly requested features: Trust/Credit History on Invoices and Apply Payments!
Trust & Credit Payments from Invoice Creation Screen
You can now make trust and credit payments to an invoice directly from the invoice creation screen. You no longer have to save the invoice and then click receive payment to make this type of payment on an invoice. You still are required to follow that workflow for other methods of payment, however, trust and credit payments can now be applied directly. You will see available balance information and an easy to use interface just below the terms and notes section on the invoice creation screen.
Trust & Credit History on Invoice
Perhaps one of our most requested features, you can now include trust & credit history and balances directly on an invoice. In order to use this feature, you must apply the trust payment using the new pay directly on invoice feature, noted above. When you choose a client’s trust or credit account to make a payment from, you will see a drop down selector with options to include full history or just the balance on the invoice.
