We recently conducted a survey of our customers to learn more about how MyCase helps them run their law firms. We learned a lot about our customers’ law offices and the many law practice management issues they encounter each and every day. And, most importantly, we were thrilled to hear how using MyCase improved our customers’ day-to-day practices and truly made a difference in their lives.
The survey results show that our customers chose MyCase for a number of reasons. 38% said MyCase was much easier to use than the competition. 32% reported that they were won over because MyCase had the best features. 28% reported that the affordability of MyCase was a big factor in their decision-making process. And finally, our great customer service was important for another 16%.
According to our customers, one of the key ways that MyCase impacts their law practices is by increasing efficiency. In fact, more than 60% of our customers reported saving between 30-90 minutes each day by using MyCase. What did they do with all that extra time? Among other things, 42% used it to bill more hours and 37% spent more time with family and friends.
MyCase also helps our customers grow their practices, with 27% reporting that their firms have expanded by 1.5 times since moving to MyCase and 35% indicating an expansion of 2 times or more.
The survey results showed that our customers’ law practices benefited in many ways because of MyCase. 84% said that MyCase increased their mobility. 64% reported increased client satisfaction and 50% found that MyCase increased their firm’s revenue. MyCase also saved time by reducing administrative tasks by 80% and staffing costs and needs by 50%.
Because MyCase saves our customers so much time, it’s not surprising to learn that the number one reason they recommend MyCase to their colleagues is increased efficiency.
