I am a Customer Success Manager here at MyCase.

How long have you worked at MyCase?

I’ve been on the MyCase team about 9 months, although it feels like I just started a few weeks ago – time flies when you’re having fun!

What is your favorite part of your job?

I enjoy helping people, especially with products that will improve their day to day lives.  I’ve been in customer service roles in some fashion or another for the last 9 years or so, and that “aha!” moment when you’ve resolved an issue or answered a question for someone never gets old.

What do you like most about working at MyCase? 

I enjoy the working environment at MyCase – it’s the epitome of a work hard/play hard workplace.  Whether we’re taking a quick break to have a Nerf gun battle or playing Volleyball after work (I’m slowly improving), we know how to have a good time while still creating and supporting an awesome product.

Where are you originally from and how long have you been in San Diego? 

I’m originally from the Seattle, Washington area and have been in San Diego for three years.  I definitely don’t miss the rain!

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I like to enjoy the sunshine as much as possible, I’m also a big gearhead and love anything car-related whether it be going to car shows or just keeping up to date with the car community.
